blue screens, black screens, crashes since a few days

For a few days now I've had quite a few problems with my computer. Very often my displays will go black for a brief moment (when this happens in the evening, the eye-relief/nightmode will be disabled after the black screen - maybe that helps, I don't know). Various programs crash (browser pages crash (chrome, opera gx), games crash and close (terraria, factorio, etc.)). Sometimes, the system will crash into a blue screen (varying codes: driver_irql_not_less_or_equal, page_fault_in_nonpaged_area, critical_process_died).The behavior appears quite erratic to me - sadly I can really deduce any pat
