我想让throttlestop这个应用在我的电脑上随系统启动，所以我创建了一个任务计划程序，但是不管我做什么它都会显示“任务oc出错。错误消息：以报告以下错误：任务 XML 包含格式不正确或超出范围的值。”不仅我新创建的任务无法更改设置，以前存在的计划也无法更改。
