I have a computer that can be turned into a tablet. After a lot of searching I have found that the rotation lock option being greyed out is actually a "feature" of the laptop mode of all windows computers that can do this. However, when in laptop mode it still can rotate. Who in their right mind would want to use laptop mode in anything except a normal orientation? What values in the registry editor or something else do I need to change so that I can enable the rotation lock whenever I want it enabled, not when windows wrongly assumes the rotation can't change?
