My PC is connected via Ethernet to my router, but it says I have no internet.

I have tried resetting my internet multiple times, and other devices on the internet are fine. I have tried a new ethernet cable and it still did not work. I have tried resetting my PC multiple times and it still did not work. I have tried the troubleshooting tips from my PC. I have tried uninstalling my and reinstalling the ethernet driver? (Forgive me I am not a computer genius and had multiple people trying to walk me through various things) In the end nothing has worked. I am not sure what else to do.
