I've done basically every single first ocurrent step such as clean boot, updating BIOS, updating drivers, hardware test (Memtest, OCCT) changing PSU and so on. But this isn't the issue since i narrowed it down to either a motherboard failure or a USB device failure.In any case i've been checking driver failure and today i found about the Windows Assesment toolkit.
