Hello I have a new mini pc and I tried to do the reset this pc thing with holding shift and resting it but it dosnt have the option to reset it from there and now i don't know what to do

I bpught got a new mini pc with windows 11 pre-installed onto it but when I boot it up it just shows the default user0 thing and I tired the reset password but it dosnt it asked for the reset disk or something which I learned was a flash drive but it didn't detect the flash drive at all and I also tried the other option of holding shift and reseting the computer that way but when I hit trouble shoot it dosnt give me the option to reset the computer from there either so I am at a lost of what to do now
