Entire Computer Crashing After Installing Windows 11

Hi, my issue started about three day ago, when I upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11, I will leave my PC specifications at the bottom. After upgrading Windows to 11, my Computer has now been completely shutting off after trying to do something intensive. MY prime issue is with the game Monster Hunter Wilds, as it ran fine on Windows 10, but now consistently shuts my computer down on Windows 11. The same thing also happens after trying to stress test my CPU with Prime95.
