Windows 11 Posted March 7 Posted March 7 After a Microsoft update failed to install repeatedly, I was instructed to reinstall my Parallels VM, marking the second such occurrence following a prior Mac-related issue that also required wiping the VM. I am now unable to activate Windows and urgently need Microsoft support. As someone new to Microsoft licensing processes, I am dismayed by the lack of support in South Africa—no live agent option is available, and the promised callback after leaving my number has not occurred.
