Black Screen / Frozen Screen when playing games but VoiP/audio continues - requires a force reset every time

Hi, I am losing my mind. Please help me :(I would appreciate any help before I shell out cash for a new setup. This issue has been plaguing me for the last few years, I've been able to tolerate short gaming sessions, or low demand games but now it seems like my PC is ready to kick the bucket. I cannot open games (talespire, rocket league, escape from tarkov, bauldurs gate, etc. Literally everything causes system crashes) with my regular settings at 1440p, 170 fps anymore, and can only manage launching games at lower 720p with lowest settings and locked at 60fps before it inevitably crashes aft
