File Explorer made Windows into black screen

File explorer loads, then crashes. It happened a few times now....Alt tab UI looks straight from windows XP, while all app open (Chrome and notepad) works normally, when I close/minimize everything, the desktop is all black; there is no taskbar, nothing. Cannot alt f4, so I force shutdownsystem log.evtx
