KB921503 already installed but Auto Update wants me to install it

I keep getting the yellow Auto Update shield in my system tray prompting me

to dowload and install KB921503, but since I prefer to get updates through

the Windows Update website, when I go there it says there are no critical

updates to be installed, and when I look in Windows Update history, it says

KB921503 is already installed.

I'm using Windows XP SP2 with all critical updates installed.

Could you please check the file version of "oleaut32.dll" in the

\Windows\System32 folder?

Have you rebooted Windows after the installation of the updates?
