Why is it that, whenever I join a game, the quality of my audio gets worse? I've got no idea why it's happening.

So, recently, I got a new laptop. I didn't mess around with the sound or microphone settings or anything. At the same time, I also got some new wireless headphones to use alongside it. The quality is great whenever I'm on call with my friends, and I have zero complaints. But, as soon as I join Roblox specifically, the quality takes a nosedive, and everything sounds muffled and, honestly, horrible. I looked around for some help online, but I don't really know what the issue is, so I can't accurately look for help on the topic. Any kind of help would be appreciated, thanks.
