After updating to KB5051989, I lost the following, My Gmail account, (I was finally able to re-install Gmail after 2 weeks) MANY Desktop files, A game that I OWN !!!, all of my bookmarks on the browser that I use. THEN-- i was told to install many of the MS products that, to me, are not what I, the customer, wanted. . I went to about a dozen non-MS websites to find the answer and found MANY similar complaints. Which begs the question, why isn't MS Support trying to fix the KNOWN problems?
