I got a new pc and made a bootable usb for windows 11 but once I plugged it in I was asked for drivers so once I put the drivers on a usb and plugged it back up I was greeted with this screen and my enter key and f8 do nothing but blink my screen and the esc key just brings me to bios in one loop over and over
