Microsoft Store App Removed from device

Hi thereAs the title says, the Microsoft Store App has been deleted from my device, I believe due to a recent Windows 11 update. This particular update had other issues such as deactivating Windows entirely. Due to this I did roll back the update. I can't repair the app in "Advanced" options as it doesn't show up in the installed apps list. I have not tried to reset the device. I can't find anywhere online to download the Store App. What have I tried:- Restarting computer- Win+R - wsreset.exe - error message says "your device needs a new app to open this link"- Some Powershell commands that re
