D:\ is unshrinkable past 10GB due to UsnJrnl. Is there any way to fix this?

I am trying to partition my SSD in hopes of dualbooting linux. I have all the critical files, and the OS itself on my C:\, so I was surprised when I could only shrink my D:\ down by 10GB. I followed the instructions that Disk Mgmt gave me and found the defrag log, and upon running the command it spat out the following outputPS C:\WINDOWS\system32> fsutil volume querycluster "\\?\Volume{ba8a5af6-ccf6-11ef-9156-bcc7469cf065}" 0xe635f87>>Cluster 0x000000000e635f87 used by -S--D \$Extend\$UsnJrnl:$J:$DATAWhat do I do now?
