How do I overwrite a branded licenced install of windows 11

I bought a used desktop on ebay and am trying to do a clean install of Win11 using a flash drive created from the Microsoft installation media creator. But after the first reboot of the install process, it shows a splash screen for Carver School System. It evidently pulled a license from somewhere, decided automatically it was the pro version, and started trying to implement a security policy. It then said that the install timed out while trying to implement the security policy.
