I use the snipping tool several times a day for work. Up until the last windows update install less than 24hrs ago my snipping tool functioned perfectly ever since the latest update is starts darkens the screen and acts like it snipping correctly the little gear turns and then , NothingI have restarted my computer, uninstalled and install the snipping tool app 2 or 3 times and nothing.
