I was playing around with my taskbar, trying out the "Auto-hide Taskbar", and realised the animation was really bad and choppy. It was just a linear in and out, and didn't even run on my monitor's refresh rate. I looked online, and found out that on some UWP apps (such as windows settings), when fullscreened, the animation was nice and smooth. So my question is this: why hasn't microsoft implemented this nice, smooth taskbar on windows, and only in some niche UWP apps (only when fullscreened)
