Keyboard and mouse freeze every week or so, while in the middle of programs. What can I do to fix?

Windows 11 PC. Every week or so,while working with several tabs open, my computer freezes. Keyboard and mouse frozen. I have to hold power button to get a reboot, and then it works fine after that. While I have a few tabs open, nothing out of the ordinary.What causes this and how to fix it?Thanks!
