How do I boot up Windows 11 that refuses to boot even with a recovery usb.

I lost a notepad tab with important information without saving it. I had to retrieve that content.Windows Co-Pilot, had no idea and said it was impossible.ChatGPT said retrieval was possible using shadow copy. Unable to find the required notepad content, we went deeper and deeper into the file system. I thought AI were equipped a sense of reality that something might go wrong if we messed with the system files. Windows 11 refuses to boot up, even into safe boot. We have spent days trying to start the damn OS. Even with a bootable recovery usb, it still refuses to boot up. Tired and exhausted.
