The "Activate Windows" water mark popped back up after an update. How can I get rid of it without buying a new Windows activation key?

I've been using Windows on this computer for about 2 years now and have had no issues with it. But after I recently updated my computer the "Activate Windows" water mark reappeared on my screen. I have paid for Windows Home and the water mark wasn't there before the update. How can I get rid of the water mark without having to buy a new copy of Windows Home.
