Microsoft keeps making me change my password. Sometimes 3 times in a row. There isn't a way to contact support. I'm running out of passwords

Every time I log in to Microsoft my login gets blocked and I have to change my password. Even after changing my password it will immediately make me change the password again. Sometimes even a third time. Each time I can't use an old password. I'm running out of them. I can't contact support either because Microsoft only let's you use useless articles.
