Windows 11 laptop keeps crashing despite a lack of performance-intensive programs

I'm using an HP laptop with an AMD Ryzen 5 7520 U processor, AMD Radeon graphics (both with the latest updates), and Windows 11 with build 26100.3194.My laptop has a tendency to crash around once or twice a month. When it crashes, it stops responding to any input besides holding the Power button, the screen instantly freezes, and the audio stops. The screen can turn off by closing the lid, but it can't enter sleep mode and it never recovers from this state. There seems to be no link between resource usage, time since last computer restart, and the system crashing.I've checked in Event Viewer a
