Connection secured but no internet on my hp laptop

All of my other devices, such as my tablet, can connect to my college's wifi, however, for some reason, my laptop can not connect, but it says "no internet, secured" and I have no access to the internet. I have done a network reset, used the Windows troubleshooter, and have even done the ipconfig network reset prompts in the Control Panel as an administrator, however, none of them have fixed this problem. If I turn on my tablet's hotspot, my laptop can connect to that, but it is not able to connect to my college's wifi. This has been an ongoing issue for a few days now. Please help with a solu
