Windows 11 Posted March 10 Posted March 10 My camera says it is blocked or switched off by a button. Nothing is blocking the camera and I cannot locate a "camera" button to switch back on. In the settings tool, "use systems settings" is clicked on. In the "Privacy & security > Camera" setting, the toggle button is clicked "on" to "choose which apps can access your camera". In addition, the camera toggle is turned "on". In the "Bluetooth & devices > Cameras > HP 5MP Camera" setting, a yellow ! bar appears with the message "Your camera is reporting that is blocked or turned off by a switch or button on your device.
