Windows 11 upgrade error for fRPM crashed my laptop and I can’t access it now. The error for fTPM comes back but selecting Y or N only results in a black or blue flashing screen. Help!

Windows 11 upgrade repeats an error screen for fTPM but selecting Y or N only results in a flashing black screen for about 1 hour then the error screen again. It isn’t rebooting and there are no other options. Help!
