Programs crash on Startup

[Windows 11]

Hi,so after a long battle with a corrupt Windows that came with my PC, I finally managed to set it up via a Bootstick. I had previous problems with windows starting and always resulting in a BSOD, which always resulted in a different message. I now completely wiped my hard drive and freshly installed windows, but came to notice that programs, exes and just about everything was crashing or refusing to open with some sort of error message.
