after finding out that RDS was not running and was the issue I found some forms and comunity posts that suggested to system file scan and restore I've had no luck and have no clue what to doThis is the last thing I've triedCheck system files:-Right click on start, run PowerShell(admin) or Command Prompt(admin)Copy and paste the following command:DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealthand press Enter.(Note: This step may take a few minutes to start and up to 30 minutes to complete).After you see a message saying "The operation completed successfully", copy and paste this command:sfc /sca
