my game just freeze when i try to enable anti-aliasing option from the graphics section

im using intel i5 12thgen processor and i have 5000 gb ssd and 8gb ram while my other friend use same configuration but he uses a intel i3 6th gen and using windows 10 and im using window 11 pro. we both plays a game called genshin impact and i can run it smoothly on my pc but whenever i try to enable anti-aliasing to FRS2 or SMAA my game just freeze i can stiil hear the sound and the other activities that is going on to that game but i cant see it the monitor just freeze but on the other hand my friend can enable it and run it smoothly . please note that my pc is fully upgraded i mean every t
