BSOD every 5-30min from Kernel-Power 41. Tried everything.

Hey there! I recently built a new pc but it keeps BSODing ever 5 minutes to about an hour. Event viewer says its Kernel-Power event 41 (63). I have tried changing my RAM, and running Windows memory diagnostic. I have ran every single command in the command prompt that is supposed to fix my m.2 ssd for corrupt files. I have reinstalled windows 2-3 times. I even bought a new motherboard and haven't done any overclocking or changes to the settings. I have also opened device manager, and right clicked on every device to update drivers. I have installed CPU and GPU stress testing softwares as well,
