In Device Manager, the 'I2C HID Device' is displaying a hazard signal (error code 10). As a result, the touchpad intermittently turns on and off, severely affecting its functionality. Upon further research, I have found that some users are encountering the same issue, with some opting to downgrade to Windows 10.
