Cannot see task bar + task manager + word document is black - reverts back to normal randomly - pls help.

Hello there, I have requested help b4 about this, but it is persisting. My Word document is black at times, coming up with a white font. I have checked all forums related to that - tried everything - nothing working, my search bar text is not coming up, so I don't know what I am typing at times. Also, other things that I haven't checked may be affected.
