windows 11 version 24h2 updates take the whole day and slow down laptop. why?

I have been having SERIOUS PROBLEMS with Win 11 versiom 24H2 ever since it was publishedInstallation itself took 3 days Now that it is installed, everytime there are updates available, they take an entire day to process and in the meantime they slow down my Laptop considerably to the point I'd rather just NOT use it at all and lose 1/2 days productivityWhat the hack is going on? I thought maybe it was background processes.
