Windows 11 Posted Wednesday at 12:53 Posted Wednesday at 12:53 Whether it's the first boot or a reboot, it forces me to use my PIN instead. It also takes three minutes to boot. I just got it a couple of months ago. This is my third Surface and the first with issues at all. Facial recognition works fine to unlock the computer. I've talked with someone on the phone for help but got nowhere. It seems that this only happens when I'm connected to my external monitor. If I disconnect that, the Surface boots beautifully.
