Windows update says that I need to update windows (KB5051987) but whenever I click the update and restart button it restarts like normal and doesn't do anything and does anybody know why?

basically it's all in the question, but anyway I use an ideapad gaming 3 laptop from lenovo if that is important, and I'm currently using windows 22H2 if I remember correctly. and when I tried adding another update to update with it, it updated that but the KB5051987 update stayed and here is the screenshot of the update on the power menu:and on windows update:
