MediaTek Wi-Fi 6/6E Wireless LAN Card Error Code 10, network adapter card won't work

Hi all, would appreciate some help reg this issue I am having. Just built a new computer and the motherboard doesn't have a WIFI or Bluetooth module, so had to buy a network card. Company: FenviModel: AX1800 PCI-EI downloaded the drivers from fenvi.com and it worked, was even able to conduct a speed test, but then it suddenly gave up, the Bluetooth didn't though. Shows error code 10 and I have tried a lot of troubleshooting to no avail. Here is my msinfo32, saw someone post this when they had a similar issue.
