How to revert back to windows 11 23h2 without windows telling me to update back to windows 11 24h2

I hate windows 24h2 because for some reasons it added screen tearing to some games like roblox, and im not the only one to experience this, fortunately i was able to revert to windows 11 23h2 and it fixed the issue until right now, i accidentaly restarted my pc so i went to spam ESC to cancel, but it wasnt working ? So i waited, and what do i see, an update, windows forced me to update to windows 11 24h2, please tell me HOW to disable the buttons to update windows and shut down or update windows and restart, because i dont wanna go and revert my pc back to windows 11 23h2 every now and then be
