I can't remove a Keyboard Layout - language option, it doesn't appear in the settings but it shows on my taskbar list

I get annoyed by when my keyboard layout language type changes by accident, so when I go to type an email address the UK keyboard setting as the @ as the speech-mark (") as the @ key which is not the keyboard I use. As per the screenshot, you can see the task bar window has it (crossed out) but in the settings there isn't that option and I can't locate it to remove it.I need it to remain on the English (New Zealand) - US.I don't need the English (United States) on the list, but that doesn't both me and I can probably delete that.
