Disk Management Unallocated Volume (Disk 2) M.2

Moved Disk 2 from my old PC to my new one, tried to install a fresh Windows 11 onto it and it wouldn't take. I tried formatting then partitioning the drive and amending the size since it stated it didn't have enough space for windows install (it had 700-1000 Gb free). After partitioning it showed it had 90 Gb total space. After Disk Management shows it having 97.66 Gb available, and the rest of the drive (832.88 Gb) is unallocated. I've tried extending the volume, I've tried deleting the 97.66 Gb and making a new volume. When I delete the 97.66 and make a new volume, it just makes another 97.6
