Black screen with cursor after quality updates

Recommended Posts

Since the end of last year I have trouble with the latest Windows 11 Quality Updates. Everytime when it is installed I get a black screen after logging in. I see the cursor and can start the task manager but that is pretty much it. I cannot start the file explorer or anything. The only thing I can do is to uninstall the updates and to set my computer back to an earlier date. I also cannot avoid the updates to happen.I read somewhere that that issue may be due to a graphic driver problem. But I do have the latest driver. I have a Nvidia Geforce GTX 1650.
