Microsoft Store issue

Split from this thread. So does Microsoft have any plans to fix your ongoing issues that everyone is having with the store? When I try to check out games I constantly get error codes and nothing will open. The trailer videos more often than not are grainy low resolution. I've tried all your possible fixes, and I've noticed thousands of other people have tried also but the issue is not on our side. Seems like you guys would actually try to fix something as important as selling your products. But this has been going on for years. I would appreciate, and so would everyone else, an actual resp
