New ISP and router, Computer connects but keeps dropping, However it states it is still connected. (Both Ethernet and Wifi) Windows 11

hi, we have just had a new ISP and router installed into our home, everyone else in my family can connect to the network either via Wifi or a Physical Connection. However, my Desktop computer cannot connect properly either via Wifi or Ethernet. My computer says it is connected and will either have connection and will load Discord and google but then will drop out, but my computer still says it is connected. this is the same with ethernet and wifi.
