C drive randomly filling up with no way to regain that space

recently my c drive has been randomly filling up after i activated windows 11 to enterprise using a mas script, i did a reinstall of windows 11 which brought it back down to around 61gb (it was the repair thing in settings), but after 2-3 weeks its at 70gb, i did disk cleanup and it only frees up a few mb, please help.
