Error "something went wrong and your pin isn't available.

Windows 11 update crashed my computer to the blue death screen windows 11 is always doing. After it cycleing a few times trying to boot the recovery screen came up and I selected trouble shoot and uninstalld the last quality update, computer boots up but when I put in my pin to unlock it it gives me the something wrong pin unavailable and then says it will email me a code, it does I put that in and it brings me to a page to change my pin, I change it and then it says the last thing is to sign in with the new pin and it has a useless button that says continue but no matter how many times I clic
