BSOD MEMORY_MANAGEMENT / SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED after Hibernation

Hello,I've noticed lately that I keep getting a BSOD when trying to wake up my laptop from hibernation. It used to work fine before I installed some new hardware a couple months ago. With these new hardware I could sometimes survive the hibernation startup for a couple of months but lately it is just a guaranteed BSOD.
