How to unbind .log file with "Text Document" while still set notepad as open program?

In explorer, both .txt and .log are sort as "Text Document", making you unable to distinguish them when sorting by "Type". If you set the open program of .log to any program other than notepad, then they can be distinguished in explorer. However, for other file extensions like .log2, you are able to distinguish it with .txt while still setting open with notepad.
