After updating to 24H2, my computer freezes in certain applications

Hello. Basically, 24H2 made some apps and things unusable. First thing, whenever I cold boot computer (or restart), the start menu (shut down, start, restart) freezes the first time I press it. Afterwards, it works until I reboot or turn off my pc. Second thing is, discord is breaking. Discord icons are breaking on half, it freezes. Browsers also freeze sometimes but very rarely.
