Hello, I am requesting that the recurring charge of $99.99 be rescinded. At the time I did not have an account through my employer but now I do and I have no need for a personal account through Microsoft 365 Personal. This charge has been attempted and blocked several times triggering fraud alerts and I spoke with my bank to let them know that this charge should not go through. However, I recently received an update notifying me that it did.
