Unable to turn on search indexing

[Windows 11]

I was unable to open 'Gallery' in file explorer due to indexing being turned off(which I thought I had done).So as to use Gallery I tried to turn on indexing using the pop-up which showed but it didn't work then I opened indexing options to see thisI tried troubleshooting but it couldn't fix it( I did flicker something instead of indexing is not running but was too fast for me to read it)when I clicked on advanced and everything was greyed out expect rebuild(which didn't work either)I tried to start it from services.msc but that is also showing an errorNote:- Also unable to open Settings keeps
